Chef Anthony Myint wins the 2019 Basque Culinary World Prize
Successful chef Anthony Myint won the Basque Culinary World Prize, one of the most important awards in the field of gastronomy. Myint, which competed with the Mission Chinese Food restaurant in San Francisco, came to the forefront with the Perennial Farming Initiative, which helped to promote sustainable agriculture through the ZeroFoodprint project, which helps reduce carbon footprints or carbon neutralization in restaurants.

I am very happy and really excited that the Basque Culinary World Prize draws attention to optimistic solutions. I am proud to represent a great beginning.
