EXP’Hotel Fair for professionals in the hotel, restaurant and catering sector will be held on 24-26 November in France
The EXP’Hotel Fair, which host professionals from the hotel, restaurant and food and beverage sector, will take place in Bordeaux France on 24-26 November. The event will host 12 competitions, including two new ones. The new competitions are Young Talents Encounter and Golden Flower Award. The event, which is an excellent opportunity to present its products and services, will be presented to the taste of the bakery products, beverages, presentation, cutlery and catering equipment. Restaurants and cafes from all regions of France will also participate in the event. In addition to the Young Talent Encounter and the Golden Flower Award, 6 different competitions will be organize for the professionals.
Apart from the two newly added competitions, other competitions will be organize during the event. Michel Rolland Sommelier Competition, Young Hopes National Competition, Butchers Competition, Daniel Huvier Trophy, Atlantic Golden Pearl Competition and Pierre Mirgalet Trophy. In these competitions, 6 candidates will meet and present an entry plate prepared with vegetable pasta and a main course plate prepared with veal.
