Brazilian barbecue master Andre Lima de Luca started to cook at the age of 4. When he was 18, he started to work in the financial market to earn money and worked in the sector for 20 years.
Luca opened the first and the most popular American BBQ house in Sao Paolo and he is the most famous BBQ chef in Brasilia by then. De Luca says that the secreat for a good BBQ is to never cook with flame touching the meat and to cook it very slowly.
