“Sustainable Thinking Symposium” on July 16 in San Francisco
Basque Culinary Center together with Chef Dominique Crenn organized symposium. Successful chefs will hold meetings and speeches on 16 July.
Alice Waters, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Anthony Myint, Eneko Atxa, Enrique Olvera, Joan Roca, Geetika Agrawal ve Emiliana Puyana, Jock Zonfrillo, Katina ve Kyle Connaughton, Lynda Deakin, Massimo Bottura, Manu Buffara, Matt Barnard, Sam Mogannam, Yoshihiro Narisawa and like that chefs will be hosting the symposium. However they will share different perspectives on how to linking food to environmental, economic, social and technological challenges.
Topics to be discussed during the symposium: “No time to Waste”, “Forward Thinking”, “Social Sustainability” and “Hungry Cities”. At the same time, the winner of this year’s Basque Culinary World Prize will also be announced during the event.
